Terms and Conditions for Luna and Flor
1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Luna and Flor services, including but not limited to land / home healing, geomancy consultations, site assessments, workshops, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").
1.2 By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Services
2.1 We provide land / home healing and geomancy services based on holistic and metaphysical principles. These services are intended to support the well-being of the land and home, but they are not a replacement for professional environmental or scientific assessments.
2.2 While we aim to provide the best possible care for the land, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from our Services. The healing and transformation of natural spaces may vary depending on various factors.
3. Payment and Fees
3.1 Fees for our Services are as described on our website or as agreed upon in writing. Payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise specified.
3.2 We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, with notice to clients where required by law.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 Cancellation policies and refund conditions are outlined on our website and in any booking agreements or invoices.
4.2 You must cancel 48 hours before in order to receive a refund. This is withing a 50 kilometer distance. If the healing requires longer travel, a 20% non refundable deposit will be kept for any cancellation, and the full amount will be kept for cancellations in under a 7 day period.
5. Confidentiality
5.1 We will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and records, in accordance with applicable laws and ethical standards.
6. Code of Conduct
6.1 Clients are expected to treat our practitioners and natural spaces with respect and courtesy at all times.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Services.
8. Privacy Policy
8.1 Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
